FRYING COUNTRY HAM SLICES
Heat skillet on medium high heat and fry ham slices for no more than
2 minutes on each side.
Ham steaks may take a minute longer.
It is helpful to cover the skillet while cooking to tenderize the meat. Water, bacon grease, or oilmay be added to keep ham from sticking.
*Honey, brown sugar/cola may be added for flavor
