We ship using UPS anywhere ground in US including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

During the hot summer months we prefer to ship on Mon - Wed, so products do not sit in a hot warehouse all weekend. Our products are cured / shelf stable but excessive heat needs to be minimized.

RETURN POLICY

We strive to have satisfied customers. Please contact us within thirty days for replacement or refunds. We guarantee our product to be of high quality. Country dry cured ham/bacon are cured with a salt mixture so these products will have a salty flavor.

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days.
